How To Create New Directors and Secretaries

From the Company List screen, select the company that you wish to work on.
Click on the Directors tab.
Any directors that have already been created will be displayed.
To add a new director or secretary, click the New button - you will then be presented with a list of "Persons" on the system.  Either select an existing person from the list, or click the "New" button to create a new person. (See Persons)
