The database of standard forms is constantly being enhanced and updated so it is important that your software includes the latest version.

Each time the software is opened, it will attempt to connect to the Internet and check to see if a newer version of the database is available - if a newer version is found, you will be asked if you wish to download it. If you agree, it will be downloaded and installed. This operation is relatively fast.
Alternatively, you can manually check for new data at any time by clicking on the "Check for new data" entry in the "Actions" task panel.
